Pros

The company culture is great and the team that I work in are very welcoming. I settled in immediately and I felt respected and trusted to do my job from right from the beginning. Mimecast is very understanding of peoples need for flexibility in the modern world and they also have some great policies that allow you to spend time with your family when you need it most.

Cons

No company/job is without its frustrations, but I feel that the irritations that you experience here are the standard frustrations that you experience anywhere.

Mimecast truly is a great place to work - it is an empowering and exciting company with a real ethos on collaboration to achieve success. The company is also growing at an incredible rate with a constant stream of new people, who all bring unique qualities to the business.

Cons

No downsides - we've got a brilliant culture, modern and well-equipped facilities and a busy social calendar. What's not to like!

Benefits such as Gym, Work from Home, free food & drinks, pool and ping-pong, people.

Cons

Most of the talented people just leave the company because of the 'old employees'. Most of them just come to the office, 'work' for 8 hours and wait to the pay day and that's completely fine, if you keep them apart of the important decision, specially when this decisions are about the usage of new tools or methodologies, but this doesn't happen, so you have a nice project full of dinosaurs on charge with 0 interest in updated themselves.
