Toxic management, constant pressure to bring deals over the line even if it is not in the best interest of the end user. Micromanaged on numbers face to face through various levels of management even though it is mandatory to complete notes/dates on CRM. Which is counterproductive as you are taking off the sales floor to repeat work which is available. Conveyor belt of colleagues which is unnerving to any new starter. This is due to employees who were refused promotion based on "experience" It is preferable to bring employees in from outside of the organisation who have no experience on Mimecast as opposed to organically growing sales people with experience on the technology. Witnessed colleagues being bullied daily from all departments within sales.
