      Bad place for technical people

      Pros

      Few pros ultimately but nice offices, overall friendly culture between staff. Something of a career path but not much.

      Cons

      Management doesn't care about or reward technical people in any way. All Mimecast cared about was sales people. No benefits offered and they don't do anything to encourage people to develop their careers with the company.

      Pros

      Excellent products and a well-conceived business plan for the email archiving and cloud-based storage. UK company growing a lot of business in North America. Strong, smart, driven management. This is a great place if you like face-paced, aggressive marketing and growth.

      Cons

      As any good, successful business there is a tunnel vision, one-track focus on attacking markets. It was a bit too much macho, over the top methodology. Hit and run, on to the next but that can be the nature of the beast.
