      Pros

      The people are tremendous and eager to win. The technology is top notch. A very team oriented atmosphere with plenty of room to grow your career. After going public, the buzz has been loud internally. The company has taken many steps forward in terms of putting people in places where they can reach their potential.

      Cons

      None, the company has evolved and began to mature a great deal since going public. They are putting the right people in the right places and it is showing.

      Pros

      - Very friendly staff, executives included. CEO sits in the middle with everyone! Open door policy with no offices at all. - Pay is good, free lunches, coffee and snacks fully stocked daily. - Overall family feel - Good benefits and incentives for some departments.

      Cons

      Same concerns of any rapidly growing company. Company focus is more on sales than the teams that keep the current customers happy and continuing with the product. Understaffed in support areas. Little to no incentives if not in a sales role.
