      Pros

      This was a great place to work right out of college, lots of young people, traveled often, enjoyed myself, and it paid very well. There was also a yoga studio and gym in the office as well as a fully stocked kitchen

      Cons

      There was not much organization. Upper management was awesome but below them was not very well kept together.

      Pros

      I've been a part of Service Delivery in the UK for a while, it is a real team, everyone works closely with each other both new and existing staff have a real bond. the service given to client is excellent and every member of SD really cares about the client, the product and the company. If you work hard you can go places in the team and the company. The Mimecast product is growing everyday and there is more to learn.

      Cons

      It is busy, I've worked in a few IT roles and never experienced busy like this before. On a positive side the day flies along.
