      Toxic culture and poor leadership overshadow few positives

      Mimecast used to be a great place to work with good tech and strong values. The culture is toxic and incredibly unhealthy. They will promote you without an increase in pay. Recognition is a joke. The CEO is actively running the company into the ground. Sales leadership repeatedly meddles into and destroys sales opportunities and turns around to blame the sales team. The product is a mess with no strategy. only thing that's clear is the direction in which it is going, down.

      office is nice if you live in lexington, they will fly you out to office annually. solid company to start as an SDR for a year to get the necessary experience before jumping to a good company.

      Cons

      the type of organization where people only work hard enough to not get fired. company could care less about customers, they are entirely partner focused. very disorganized organization and zero cross-department coordination. good luck trying to get help from anybody outside of your direct co-workers, people will simply not respond to you. R&D'd new products that do not work, so then they acquired pre-built tech that does not integrate. Very poor company culture overall.
