      Nice head office in London

      Since Permira acquired Mimecast - the culture and job satisfaction has been decimated. Half the leadership are narcissistic but try to wave the flag of great company culture that was planted by the previous leadership. They have made redundant or sacked as many as they could. The income potential there is also really average compared with other similar organisations.
