      Pros

      Great CEO with a dedicated executive team. Huge focus on Customer Success. Great culture. No egos. Customers seem to really like the product/platform and they will hopefully love where we are headed.

      Cons

      Keeping up with the market's high growth expectations and ensuring keeping our tight knit culture will be the challenge for the next 1-2 years.

      Great work environment and people. The culture here is strong and great. Everyone is a hard worker and there is minimal micro management.

      Cons

      Sometimes more direction and training should be required of all staff. Management and structure of the business continuously changes.

      Pros

      Mimecast provides the support needed to be a successful sales person. They excel from top to bottom - the education team to their SVP of Sales, they are all involved. Mimecast invests in their people and really does care about your success and well being of course : )
