Pros

Good company, good people. The strategy shifting to Human Risk Management is 100% the right direction, and if the company can effect the change while keeping many/most customers, they will be successful.

Cons

There's still a fair amount of "it's always been done this way" attitude that needs to be replaced. The acquired companies are moving the needle, but they need time and active upper exec support.
