Pros

The people are friendly, hardworking, and care about our customers and commitment to cyber security. A ton of energy right now as the company is growing, has a global footprint, and is figuring out new ways to support employees' growth and the company culture. Still feels like a startup (no executive offices, very little bureaucracy, flexible WFH policy, etc) while having the resources of a public company.

Cons

Yes, there are some growing pains, as with any company at this stage, but leadership is being transparent and working hard to support the team and ensure we hang on to our values and our culture as the company gets bigger.
