If you simply need a paycheck, this may serve a purpose. But if you are looking for a company where you can grow, develop, and work in a true growth-mindset culture, this is likely not the right place.
The board and exec LT share responsibility for the current toxic and negative environment. New ideas from middle mgmt./working teams are rarely welcomed or acted on unless they are surfaced later by permira board members or advisors, at which point they are reframed as new discoveries. This creates frustration, slows progress, and discourages initiative.

The culture can feel highly political and fear-driven. There is too much toxic leadership behavior, too much conflict created between teams, and too much emphasis on protecting agendas rather than solving problems.
