      because its a 24/7 job, you should have a flexible schedule. sometimes you're forced have to work on your off days.

      Pros

      Good work/life balance Company has a nice culture/environment conducive to creativity Perks such as snacks and other nice treats Office space is large I really enjoy how connected everyone is. I notice most people tend to help someone out when they ask/need it. You are trained for a few weeks after being hired.

      Cons

      The building itself is kinda old and pipes tend to cause issues for most of the floors and other companies in building. People should clean there desks more often.
