Wrong first impression

Pros

Pretty relaxed atmosphere. No need to play politics. The company makes good first impression.

Cons

Unfortunately the first impression was totally wrong. What I took as relaxed atmosphere turned over to be ignorance from the top management. They really don't care about the employees. No career growth, no idea how to manage people, how to build the team, etc. After a few months I realized that I made a mistake joining the company and there is nothing I could do with that expect to quit.

Pros

Overall excellent teamwork with critical order deadlines.Excellent benefits and PTO more than offset starting wages.Very refreshing for dept management , as well as upper management, to acknowledge and greet workers most every day with positive comments of verbal appreciation in the production area.

Cons

a few untidy smokers leave a mess when proper receptacles are provided.

So far, I like it here. I don't know if its because i really hated my last job, but i love the vibe of working at Mimeo.

Cons

I cant really find anything bad to say about this place other then the 30mins lunch breaks are too short for me, but so far this has been my best job so far, but keep in mind that im only 20 years old.
