      Pros

      Innovative company that treats their employees well. Sales goals are challenging but fair and if you produce, you'll get rewarded well. Management is constantly developing new roles and trying new things with the goal of putting the right people in the right positions.

      Cons

      Communication between departments can always improve.

      Pros

      Leaving the company is real easy. You can't loose anything. If you quite you would not regret for sure.

      Cons

      Management is real bad. They live in their own world, and don't care about the employees. You never feel appreciated. The benefits is not good. It could be good may be 10 years back but not now. Other companies offer you way better packages. Can't see any reason for anyone to join Mimeo.

      Pros

      No real changes are happening in Mimeo. You can find that very comfy for yourself.

      Cons

      The company is not evolving. Their market is dying so they are. Unfortunately the management can't find a solution to change that path. No new markets, no changes which would help the company to focus on new products, or new business, or something what may work. Looking at what they do now I'm not positive if anything good will happen to Mimeo withing next few years. The management is incompetent and it will kill the company.
