      Pros

      Production dept works their butts offs to supply a good product. Great customers who love Mimeo, but they don't have much use for it anymore. Exec team cares a lot, but lightning doesn't strike twice and their time has past. Nice views from office.

      Cons

      What do Fax machines, Blackberrys and Mimeo have in common? All cutting edge products whose time has come and gone. Too many competitors now offering same and better product. Middle management have little-to-no experience in managing and leading people. Like many immature companies, they change and change but with no new ideas or leadership to make any real difference. Industry revenue is shrinking and so is Mimeos.

      Overall a good experience, you can enjoy what you do

      Cons

      The management SUCKS! And if your not willing to give up your life your not doing your best... There is a lot favoritism and a lot of really good employees feeling unappreciated or uncomfortable because management make you feel like your not suppose to be human

      Pros

      Good first impression, people look to be adequate.

      Cons

      Managers are completely incompetent. It seems like no one cares of how to manage people. They expect people to do their job and your manager can't give you any support in anything. The company doesn't have a strategy where to go, and what to do next. They are stuck in the past. The company needs a fresh air (if survives). But they can't do it since the company doesn't have anything what can attract new people. Compensation, rewards, benefits are not good.
