The business is not healthy. You can see it looking at how the company do count the money. I believe it's because the business is declining. As a result you would get a very weird way how they pay money. The only part you can rely on in your base wage. No extra pay checks should be expected. The bonus system is very bad. The company doesn't give you any promise of when and how much they will pay an annual bonus. Nither they don't tell based on what they will do it. You don't even know if it will be paid this year or not. Some years they just silently ignored to pay an annual bonus. There is no schedule to pay a bonus as it's in other companies. And the bonus amount itself is ridiculously small. All this doesn't look righth for a company which can be considered as successfull.
