      I would agree with others who say that there is something wrong with Mimeo. Management is inmature. For all years Mimeo has been in the market it could establish itself as a good employer. No rewards, no bonuses, no raises. Even taxes they pay for you over a year is less then it should be. So when it's time to send a tax return you still owe IRS a few thousands. I believe they are trying you to think you make more money than you really do. Overall quite a negative experience in each area.

      Very relaxed and casual atmosphere. No need to dress up.

      Cons

      Upper management is a boys club. No women in high positions. Many managers are immature and don't know how to supervise their staff. The pay is terrible for most employees. Only the favored ones get raises.
