      -Career Growth: I've firsthand seen many outstanding employees that have taken advantage of the opportunity to build a successful career. -Customers: Customers are passionate about what the Mimeo team is able to execute on their behalf, it makes for a great environment, particularly for employees in customer facing roles. -Start-up Feel: Nice to be at an established company that has maintained a startup feel. -Global: working with a diverse global.

      Cons

      Must be self-driven to get things done. Sometimes you have to navigate around to get the right people involved.

      Pros

      Mimeo is a fun place to work. The people I work with share a passion similar to my own and I feel like everyday I am part of building something special.

      Cons

      Working at Mimeo at times can be frustrating. We seem to continue to go down an unnecessarily bumpy road for the sake of expedience to market. Its great to be the first at something but Mimeo seems to never go back and fix it the right way. Too often band-aids are put on top of band-aids.

      A company of false promises

      Pros

      Easy to get a job. Some nice people are around.

      Cons

      You will be surrounded by lots of false promises. For some time you will believe in it yourself. But then you may realize that they have not become real. Might be it's just heritage of what was with that company 10-15 years back but nowadays those days are gone. If you think of building your career then think a bit more before stick with Mimeo.
