      Great time and place to be at Mimeo

      Pros

      Mimeo is a great place to work with lot's of opportunities and a terrific service that customers love. In my time with Mimeo, I have worked with hundreds of customers and their feedback regarding product and service is overwhelmingly positive. The company is in a very unique position in the market with a lot of value and potential for growth. From a work environment perspective, there is a great team atmosphere and a sense of working towards a common goal. The leadership and Senior Management are always open to help and provide great coaching and mentoring if you show initiative. If you are driven, smart, dedicated and looking to progress your career, you will have every opportunity to succeed and prove yourself.

      Cons

      Time management can be a challenge. Sometimes you will have to deal with conflicting priorities. Some other challenges that are typical with growing organizations and change management.

      Mimeo seems to be a company with no real strategy. I can't see what it will look like in 5 years. The company is literary dying. All moves they make do not look right. The whole company doesn't look right. You may get good first impression but then you would regret wasting your time with Mimeo. Don't ruin your career. Management doesn't care about its employees. Might be they think they do - but it's not what you would want from them. In comparison with other companies there is nothing what can be considered as a pro.

      Great place to start your career

      Pros

      If you are new to sales or just getting started in your career, Mimeo is a great place to be; you can learn basic sales skills and keep honing your talent while you continue to grow. The new sales model opened up more room for vertical growth, and quite a few employees have taken advantage of the opportunity to grow horizontally as well. So lots of room for movement. The base salary is much better than that of comparable positions at other companies, and the benefits (health, dental, vision) are really incredible. The environment on the sales floor is relaxed and comfortable, and most people find good friends here. Overall everyone is great and gets along well.

      Cons

      In order to be successful in sales here, you must be driven and able to take control of your own success. That's pretty much true with any sales position at any company, however. There are office politics and some issues on the sales floor, but these problems persist because most people complain about things amongst themselves and fail to communicate anything. Problems can't be fixed if nobody in the position to change things is aware of them.
