      Great launching pad for account executives to learn and earn.

      Pros

      Great working environment. Small company culture with a fraternity vibe.

      Cons

      Hard to keep your sales terrirtory. Lots of turn over on the account executive side and upper manage sometimes hard to access and listen to what's going on in the field.

      You have the chance to make extra money , with bonuses and over time. You will be smarter and much more technically advanced when you progress from this posistion.

      Cons

      No formal training program and while there is some advancement in the organization its very hardto move from this department.
