Pros

Mimeo is a decent place to work, they have a strong love for technology and are passionate about printing.

Cons

Mimeo can be a boys club, so if one person gets interested in something they all do. Also, having a single person dictate the state of the technology who is kind of a maverick should be remedied.

The pros of working at mimeo are great benefits and Mimeo treats employees very well. High quality of work is done and the people that work at mimeo are great to be around.

Cons

Catering to clients that use old technology can get frustrating. The technology stack is stuck in a .NET mindset with little desire to expand into more diverse frameworks.
