      Pros

      Pay is decent for what is available in the area

      Cons

      A lot of back stabbing and unfair treatment of the production workers. The motto "be glad you have a job" no friendly environment like walking on egg shells after every clock in. Needs a union hourly employees have no fair chance of being heard on unfair write ups and complaints.

      Good environment, great people. Offered work/life balance and management tried to keep employees motivated.

      Leadership on VP level tended to be challenging and lack of direction at times was frustrating.

      Great pay. Usually overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      Coworkers are ignorant. Management is not qualified. Not one college degree on the production floor. Company is literally segregated between the haves and have nots. If you are in corporate you use a separate entrance and go to separate xmas parties. Production team does all the work and gets none of the credit. Especially 2nd shift. The people that have stayed there for a long time are only able to cope with it because they are all addicted to prescription pills.
