      A losing struggle & Questionable Direction

      Pros

      The VP of Sales is really great & accessible while also being open to new ideas. They let you wear what you want to the office.

      Cons

      The culture has completely deteriorated over the past 18 months as They over-hire people & let them go easily (ZocDoc?) Metrics are over-hyped & over-analyzed.

      Great team and development ease sell the company culture is very easy to work with, everyone helps everyone get better and make money

      Cons

      to many cold calls always having to prove yourself losing clients after a year the hours can be a bit annoying when you want to sleep in
