      Pros

      Apply here is you are unemployed or really need the money.

      Cons

      CEO recently left and some key senior VPs were released. Company is not headed in the right direction, the product is harder to sell due to competition and people printing less and relying on online learning, iPads, etc. All companies have layers of politics but the extreme case of office politics here make work frustrating. Unqualified managers are unchallenged. Even after years of trying to perfect, certain senior sales roles the, company simply has no clue how they should function. In many cases, senior sales roles have changed significantly EVERY single year.

      Pros

      Relatively calm (almost boring) until the busy season. Good pay and benefits. Constant drive for improvement.

      Cons

      The culture can definitely be better, especially between departments. It can get extremely stressful during the busy season, and no one ever seems prepared Lots of ideas and meetings for improvement but not enough action. Travel arrangements and accommodations can be handled more efficiently
