Pros
While I was at Mimeo, the company was making the transition for small company to midsized company. It was an interesting and exciting time. The people cared about their jobs and there were many people that were extremely professional. I learned a lot at Mimeo and truly value my experience there. They provided a lot of training and gave employees an opportunity to prove themselves and make a difference.
Cons
Being a growing company has its problems. Mimeo faced issues of interoffice politics due to different groups having different interests. There was sometimes a failure to understand the direction of the market and deciding on which markets to strongly compete in. Not everyone there had the right attitude needed for success.
