1. Poor Pay 2. Print products are legacy. Many companies "going green" or have streamlined to online capacity. Product getting more and more difficult to sell. 3. All levels of management display extreme arrogance in business decisions and leadership. 4. Switching accounts from rep to rep is common. 5. Mimeo claims a high error free rate. This is 100% false. Company has tried to integrate technology with printing and has fallen short. Mistakes made more frequently than not. 6. Tried move to the West Coast (San Mateo CA). Office closed after 2 years. 7. Leads are as cold as they come. Most calls result in voicemail. Occasionally, when an executive answers the phone, they have never heard of Mimeo and are not interested in the product.

- Too many layers of management. Seems like they ran out of ways to promote people so they just start throwing around titles after awhile. - Upper Management is somewhat of a boys club. Underqualified and over their heads in a lot of cases. - Change the comp plan too often - Switch around teams and accounts. Don't allow relationships to form. - Upper management plays favorites just like any company, they let a lot of good sales reps walk out the door because they didn't play their game - Tendancy to get away from what makes them good. Too concerned with being sexy and hip as opposed to focusing on what made them successful.
