      Pros

      Apply here is you are unemployed or really need the money.

      Cons

      CEO recently left and some key senior VPs were released. Company is not headed in the right direction, the product is harder to sell due to competition and people printing less and relying on online learning, iPads, etc. All companies have layers of politics but the extreme case of office politics here make work frustrating. Unqualified managers are unchallenged. Even after years of trying to perfect, certain senior sales roles the, company simply has no clue how they should function. In many cases, senior sales roles have changed significantly EVERY single year.

      Pros

      Employees are for the most part friendly.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities unless you're apart of the "click". Managers don't take time to coach and develop their people. I know that development should come from the employee seeking it on their own (some people aren't able) but why hire someone outside if you can coach and develop the very people that already love the company? All the good ones (people that really love Mimeo) either get let go or leave because they can't advance. Whats that leave Mimeo with? People who are only there to get a check.

      Pros

      Mimeo is full of great people. The product is innovative and customers love working with the company. As the company grows, so do advancement opportunities for employees.

      Cons

      Mimeo is still learning how to best function as a mid-size company without losing the flexibility it had as a small company.
