      Pros

      Small company. No politics. People are easy to work with.

      Cons

      The company is short of money so don't expect a decent paystub. No growth and no potential in the market. Can't compete with other software companies.

      My department was chronically understaffed and under-resourced to fulfill the promises the sales team was coached to make our clients. It was incredibly stressful and frustrating and it felt as if year after year we were set up for failure, then financially penalized for it in order to soften the financial consequences for the shareholders and upper management, propagating a downward spiral.
