Pros

Amazing company culture and work life balance Employees are passionate about the industry and what they are selling Great benefits

Cons

Unbelievable and discouraging wages for the amount of work they expect out of their employees When looking at the average pay for my position in the industry MINDBODY’s pay is so low it is not even on the chart It is difficult to have drive and motivation for the job when the next step in your career at the company hardly pays what you should already be making and not even close to the industry average Managment is constantly speaking of advancing employees and promoting from within but hardly considers them

Pros

The culture and people are cool The product is great to sale Easy to talk to higher ups within the company Full benefits (insurance & PTO) Their are opportunities for new roles within the company Health and wellness of their employees is a priority. A stipend is given to incentivize employees to make health and wellness a focus in their lives.

Cons

Pay is severely below average SaaS companies. Their CRM is a mess No free parking! You have to park on the street or move your car every 2 hours in the parking deck. Micromanaging is increasing, but it is not bad (yet).

Pros

Cool Office space, $65 wellness card, free fruit on Monday I met a lot of nice people who work really hard for a company they never plans on promotion for them

Cons

The most clueless management team, I have every worked for. The entire senior management is just old reps that were promoted, based of their relationship with the CEO. If you have every worked in a professional software company, you most likely will leave after your first week. When you bring creative ideas on how to modify and fix processes, based on the way the top three software companies operate, they look at you like you are dumb for questioning their broken down process. Majority of the management team are homegrown and this was their first job out of college, they were probably working as a waiter beforehand. This is a scripted SaaS role, WOW, the software demo is a PowerPoint presentation WTF. The sales training OMG, I think they make it up as they go, career advancement lol, I was on the phones my first week sitting next to a rep who has been grinding the phones for 5 years, we were doing the exact same job WOW. I have only spoke about the management team and didn’t even start on the whole sales opp and sales process, but trust me it gets worse. The best advice I could ever give anyone is to just pass on this place all together and thank me later.
