Free food??? I’m not sure.

Cons

Very cliquey. No one is held accountable. Promotions are not publicly known, people are just promoted. Pay isn’t great. You’re lucky if you can move up within the company. People bully others and their managers so then management is literally paralyzed when it comes to reprimanding people. No clear communication. No sense of alignment within different departments. If you’re friends with your manager then you’re fine. If you’re not you’re invisible.

Paid time off is nice, but not amazing Once a healthy atmosphere, or somewhat Can make strong connections with other colleagues based on work completed in various departments Willing to work with FMLA requests, but frowned upon when used

I was hesitant to put this out there, but I think it's important for everyone to know. If you obtain FMLA, you most likely won't even be considered for a promotion or lateral move. It's becoming a less friendly and inviting atmosphere. Since we just were obtained by Vista, the time for research to be able to assist clients has been chopped in less than a quarter. The idea is to be able to take one more call, which will "lessen" the queue Health benefits are expensive Childcare has never been offered, other than at HQ

The CEO is very passionate and genuine about health and wellness. The culture for the most part aligns with that goal in mind. Great place if you work under the right leadership.

Cons

Toxic environment if you work with the wrong leader. Key positions within the company are held by tenured employees who don't have the knowledge or experience to be in those positions.
