      Pros

      The small business owners you get to help, by offering an innovative product that has a positive impact in their day to day operations. Wellness card with $65/month that you can spend at local MINDBODY businesses Flexible hours, and relaxed office environment.

      Cons

      The compensation plan is not the greatest The manager chosen for the inside sales management role is not the right fit. lack of support from home office in SLO.

      Pros

      There are a lot of really great people across all departments. The benefits are good, though the pay is fairly low unless you're an executive. Since going public the culture has begun to shift away from a work/life balance to more of a Silicon Valley attitude: work, work, work. I love the core values, though there is a clear double standard.

      Cons

      Staff are promoted into managerial roles with no training. As a result they are ill prepared and their staff suffer. This is a strong enough con that it overshadows the pros and makes for a truly uncomfortable work environment.

      Thanks for your feedback! I'm glad that you are enjoying working alongside your team members. We really do have a lot of incredible team members, and with that, we're still continuing to be a core-value centered company; that won't be going away. When new managers are brought on into their role, we do have training in place for them, but we will continue to evaluate and look for ways to improve our programs. Thanks again for the review.
