      Pros

      Positive work environment. Great encouragement to do your best. Workshops and 1:1 attention to help find your personal fit as an employee (purpose). Many available resources for wellness and rest (yoga, meditation, massages onsite, etc.). Extensive training and multiple resources for assistance. Consistent checks for improvements in processes for maximum efficiency. Amazing benefits and wellness package. Regular pay increases based on performance.

      Repetitive nature of the position. Low entry level pay.
