      Pros

      Plenty of first class SAAS platform problems to solve. Most of my colleagues are quite brilliant individuals.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has created communication and project ownership gaps. Too many chiefs and too much process has impeded actual work results.

      Pros

      Casual dress, onsite massages and wellness classes, decent cafeteria food, fun people

      Cons

      Low pay. They over-promise on the earning potential. High stress at times, lots of constant change and not always for the better. They put the sales teams into "tiers" and treat higher tiers much better than lower tiers, which can be demotivating.

      Great environment, laid back, cool perks

      Cons

      lack of resources and employees in position which led to stress and overworked employees. Growing pains, SUPER LOW PAY for California tech company (san luis is not cheap to live in!).
