      Bad managment

      Pros

      Coworkers are nice for the most part, they have decent benefits. Job is not that hard and the they do provide you with somewhat good training now.

      Cons

      Management doesn't seem to know how to manage. Seems like they hire younger people to manage and it goes to there head. Pay is pretty low for tech support.

      20 PTO days is get but....

      Cons

      It includes jury duty. If you are called upon to perform your civic duty, you have to take PTO.

      Thank you for this review! It is true that jury duty is paid for salaried employees, but not hourly. This is standard for most private companies but good to know for anyone out there who isn't aware of this!

      Make crap get treated like crap

      Pros

      Co workers, wellness cards, slo... company parties and the product is pretty good. Loose work environment and some stand up desks.

      Cons

      Management, upper management, lack of knowledge. Hiring from within is great. But passing up outside candidates is a bad move. Hired way too many reps in the sales department and tarnished the brand. The product in my opinion is great, but it isn't the best. They need to re work everything and get with the times. The smaller more nimble opponents are coming.

      Thank you for telling us about your experience. You are right that watching the competition and making sure we are on the cutting edge of our industry is key. I know that Sales Management knows this and we are evolving our product to keep with the times (with the addition of mobile apps and even better user features coming out of development/user research) though it can seem like this is slow moving from a Sales standpoint. We will continue to improve with our software and internal functions with reviews like yours that let us know what we can do better, thank you for that!
