Pros

Wellness card you can use every month, 20 days PTO, 3 sick days, paid holidays work/life balance

Cons

Mismanagement, lack of long-term product vision, lots of favoritism and office politics. Complete lack of clarity and communication from leadership as priorities change constantly. If you're not working in SLO you're a second-class citizen, and will struggle to develop your career.

Pros

Everything about this company (outside of the sales department) is amazing. This product is the top product to sell for fitness and yoga.

Cons

I am writing this review specifically about the sales department. If you're applying for a position in sales that's not at headquarters (San Luis Obispo) then don't bother. The reps at headquarters are favored and given all the best opportunities/leads/inbounds and hands down... make the most money. The company preaches "core values" but when it comes time to uphold them everyone forgets about them. Especially the managers at headquarters. I've been working in Scottsdale for little over a year and this office is a joke. There's no vision and seemingly no plan to make it better. There's only one rep in the office that is making good money and it's very apparent that even he isn't getting good leads and the coordination team doesn't ever help him. The senior leadership is just a bunch of old promoted reps that have been at the company for years. There's been no improvement with changes they've made... and there's been a lot of changes. Changes to lead hoarding, self sourcing, and even worse.... compensation. When a rep has to worry that their hard work will be taken away because of some policy that makes zero sense... the department is toxic. Stay away if you aren't applying in headquarters. If you're trying to learn the art of sales this is not the place for you. The reps making the most money are reps that have good relationships with sales coordinators and know how to farm salesforce.
