      The sales rep are awesome and $65 wellness card

      Cons

      When people have to consider getting two jobs to get by you know it's a problem. Management doesn't care about you. You're just a number to them. There's no career path. You spend more time making sure the account you just sold wasn't a dupe, just to find out you did all the work and someone else is going to get credit and paid out. The company will always favor their SLO reps even if you were in the right.

      Pros

      The sense of community and belonging to a purpose is an addiction at MINDBODY. You know that MINDBODY is going to change the world, and you get to be a part of that. The work life balance is fantastic. You have a lot of flexibility and the company really cares to make you feel welcomed.

      Cons

      There is no interest in leadership to grow internal employees. There is no leadership development, no training, no investment in employees. Management will work you hard and then tell you they have to hire outside talent because no one internally is qualified for advanced roles, or leadership opportunities. In many ways you are just a cog in the wheel to their advancement with no hope for your own. This isn't a new problem either. It's been happening for years at MINDBODY and while has been talk of a solution there is action to make it better. If you come to MINDBODY your only hope is to get skills and then move on to other companies if you want advancement. Note there is no, employee for life program.
