Mindera has a very human approach in its relationship with employees. We work in global teams with different clients within a self-management framwork (no middle-management). Teams set their expectations with their clients and deliver on it. Additional: Great 401k matching Affordable health insurance Unlimited PTO 12-weeks paid Parental Leave Minimal meetings (based on your team) Freedom to pivot to different teams Supportive of employees when dealing with clients

Cons

The company tends to support contracts with retail and sports-gaming companies. Wish there was more contracts within technology sector (they are headed in that direction).
