Pros

Great place to learn and grow, both as a professional and as a person. Lots of freedom in how you do your work, you feel heard. Self organisation really works at a project level. Made lots of real friends here.

Cons

Self organisation is a double edged sword, doesn't work at a company level, too much noise with so many people. It feels like the culture is being lost, I guess it's a part of the growth. Some random people that no one really knows what they do. Sometimes feels like the founders skirt their responsibilities, like the recent salary changes. Also professionalism is a word being lost inside the company.
