Founder is a great human being Flexible hours and unlimited vacation days Good culture

Cons

Flexible hours for me meant that I would still be working past 8 pm. Unlimited vacation days is great advertisement, but meaningless if you can never actually take those days off. Flat hierarchy is a joke, there are still managers and people in charge of projects (obviously). Unfortunately, some of those people have no idea what they're doing. Unfair comparisons between employees, and poor pay compared to other companies.

Great place to grow technically. Good benefits and office perks (before COVID-19). Beer friday! Very casual environment. A lot of freedom. Very mature and professional transition to remote working adaptation due to pandemic

Cons

No HR department makes the hiring process very painful and long Company is growing a lot in a short period of time and there is a risk you become invisible once you join the company. Also, because of this, it is too challenging to expand its culture to all employees Generally, you feel there is an individualistic mindset. People are consistently contributing for the well-being of the company but, when it comes to your own responsibilities, you are pretty much alone Because of the pandemic, the fact that it is not possible to take advantage of office perks makes the company lose a lot of value towards others in the market Salary could be way better
