I can only sing praises about Mindera. I've been working in the Leicester office now for around a year and I genuinely have nothing negative to say. We're a team who really get on with each other and make things happen. Everyone is really positive and proactive. With the flat structure that's in place you're not managed and just manage yourself day to day which means you never feel like your been watched, you can just get on and do the job that you love.
