      Work from home is fantastic My teammates are incredible, it really makes the work day enjoyable Expectations are at the correct level, and there is a healthy desire to become better

      Cons

      Sometimes project work can be a bit simple/bland. Projects change often, so other times you have something quite interesting.

      Fun, diverse and inclusive culture. Great work-life balance, with ability to work remotely from mostly anywhere. Strong internal collaboration and teamwork provide a productive and effective work environment. Ability to work in a physical (and impressive) office in Rochester NY if desired.

      Clients are reasonable and are easy to work with. They are a local company and finding them is very convenient.

      Cons

      Coworkers and managers are interesting characters. Not good for your mental health.
