The providers! They are the only reason these people are in business. Pay is good for Office work. A little above Min. Wage. Clean work place.

Cons

Micromanagement, Upper Management is unorganized, Feedback is met with write ups or "plans", 90% of the employee review on here are from staff pressured into leaving a positive review, DO NOT respect Staff mental health, zero regard for work/family balance, forced to collect thousands a week during a pandemic from clients getting mental health treatment, Unmeetable goals on a regular basis. This list can go on and it's in my L&I formal Complaint. Dirty Company.

Pros

- The providers and support team are really great to work with - You get a lot of good experience that is transferrable to a lot of other jobs/careers.

Cons

- Despite the experience you gain, you have to sacrifice your mental health a lot. - The admin team takes the brunt of the backlash from people with little to no backup from management, despite their insistence otherwise. - There is a heavy focus on profit, not the quality of care that people receive. If you are an empathetic person, this may not be the right place for you. - The casual environment tests a lot of the professional (healthy) boundaries that employers should have.
