Pros

This company values communication and growth so much. The management team is dedicated in making sure each admin is supported and invested. They talk with us constantly about what is going well and what needs improvement in a way that is compassionate and productive. They definitely see you more than just a lowly front desk person, but more as an integral part of the company. The teams are also really supportive. I like the casual and friendly atmosphere and culture.

Cons

We have a busy flow of calls and clients. There are times when it is overwhelming to get tasks done. Also, working in mental health is interesting as the clientele is a different sort than at my previous jobs.

I started as an administrative assistant at MTG right out of college, and it has been a wonderful experience so far! I've learned and developed as a person a great deal, and it's been fantastic to get to work around people who are established in the field I want to go into. The admin team is fantastic, and everyone helps each other and pushes them to grow. It's been exciting to be at southcenter, and watch the tremendous growth we've had in the past 5 months. I'm so happy that this opportunity occurred for me!

Cons

The only con I can think of is with the growth, there have been times when we could use more coverage at the front desk.

I have been working full time for a few weeks at MTG, but for this short time I have been really impressed by the friendly culture and incredible support I have received as a therapist. I have been encouraged and supported to improving and growing my private practice, as well as continuing to grow professionally as therapist. I am very pleased with the warm and friendly, team like atmosphere in the office.
