      Supervisors are supportive both emotionally and professionally. They want to help you succeed. Great clients and many opportunities to move up in the company

      Cons

      You really are in your own and your hours are not guaranteed. You will usually get most of your hours but here and there you have clients drop off the face of the earth or cancel.
