      Helping patients with Traumatic Brain injuries.

      Cons

      CFO micromanaging not knowing what she is doing, causing an influx of more work because of lack of knowledge of the RCM procedures. No paid holidays.

      Helping people on a one on one basis. Ability to incorporate your experience and creativity into treatment sessions. Flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Many clients lack motivation and do not want to work on their therapy goals. Too much driving between clients and during sessions. Working with clients can be emotionally draining. Client homes can be dirty and unpleasant settings to work.
