Hello Mindtecker! Thank you for taking out the time to leave a review. I am happy to know that your tenure with us has been more than satisfactory overall. However, I am disheartened to see that you believe there is salary disparity and no work-life balance. I would like to take this opportunity to shed some light regarding these matters. Please know that we strive to ensure that salaries and increments are competitive with the market. They are also dependent on factors such as the current role, relevant years of experience, level of competency, and performance, among others. As a company, we pride ourselves in taking an Employees-First approach. In a fast-paced industry like ours, there is a fine balance between fulfilling our clients’ requirements in a timely manner while ensuring our employees’ time and life priorities are respected.
