Needless to say, it is disappointing to read that your Mindteck experience did not meet the level of your satisfaction. I wonder if at any time during your tenure you happened to voice your concerns with your Manager/HR Partner, or even escalate it further. It is difficult to address your first three concerns due to lack of details, but as far as the fourth concern goes, please know that salaries are dependent upon multiple factors, including role, performance and market competitiveness. Furthermore, our benefits package is designed to be in line with industry standards. Your point about employee evaluations is appreciated. Though my understanding is that such reviews are conducted when considering advancing employees’ grades and levels, I will forward your suggestion to the appropriate team members. Hi there, ex-Mindtecker! It is particularly gratifying to read reviews from long-tenured former employees, so thank you for taking out time to write one. While I’m pleased to read about your pros, I’m disappointed to read your concerns. As an Employees-First company, we respect Mindteckers’ time and life priorities, so it is indeed alarming to read that you experienced no work-life balance. On occasion, we recognise that there may be times when some employees need to fulfil crucial project or client demands. If this occurred frequently for you, please do us a favour and reach out to Sreeja at mindtecklistens@mindteck.com so that we can ensure this does not happen for any employee in the future. As far as increments are concerned, please know that these are dependent on multiple factors, including role, performance and market competitiveness. If you happened to have been an employee during this year’s appraisal cycle, you may have been impacted by a delay in the process due to pandemic-related challenges. Though we did manage to make increments retroactive, we sincerely apologise if the delay was unsettling. I hope that you found a new role that is exciting and fruitful.
