      Pros

      Good place to start your career. You get to work directly on a project, which provides more hands on opportunities to learn, implement and fix errors all by yourself.

      Cons

      Takes a long time to get recognized for your work and be paid what you deserve. Way too many people getting well paid for doing nothing at the senior and lead levels in a project.

      Right place for the people who wants to settle down in one last place without any much work.

      Cons

      Lots of politics from Hrs to Managers. Unethical behavior by some dumb managers(seriously dumb). I dont knw how they still able manage to run the show. Cant improve ur knowledge towards latest technologies coz no good projects since years together. Too many bucket boys(chamchas) who spoils others career.
