You get the freedom to do what you want If you are technically sound and soon become indispensable Good work environment, and not so much pressure Can learn on your own, if you are independent and self-learner

Cons

upper management is pathetic and not so qualified to run a company most of the manager sit in a room and give instruction, no manager is strong in the subject matter barring few unable to sustain customer focus and build more opportunities leadership is short sighted poor/ no communication model

Some of the clients they have are great to work with. Many of the individual contributors are nice, smart people.

Cons

Mindteck claims to be a consulting company, but is little more than a body shop. No pay for overtime hours, yet the client is still billed. That would be fine if they actually had a paid bench for anyone but the golden childs. Poor communication & pure greed is at the core of this company.
