Pros

Due to the lean staffing, an employee will find that they can assume some interesting projects. Lots of challenge. Pay and benefits are good to above average.

Cons

Lots of cost and staff cuts Some employees work hard. Others just show up. Pay and benefits over the past 15 years have been super! Lots of employee benefit cuts over the past 2 years. Proxy does not seem to show that executive level benefits are being cut however.

Pros

Not much to say. Reasonable Salary.

Cons

The CIO was an accountant who has no clue how IT should work. The only thing he looks for is to spend less.
